LIFT CARRIAGE & STRUCTURE
ROBOT WELDED - LASER CUT - CNC! OUR LIFT CARRIAGES ARE LASER CUT
The electric motor for the power unit requires 220 Volts (single phase) 50 Hz.. A 16 amp TYPE C breaker is recommended. We recommend a Certified Electrician to carry out all electrical connections.
When considering hydraulic oil, a question we often receive is "which is better, AW32 or AW46?" The short answer is that neither is better or worse. Ultimately, there are several factors that must be considered to determine which is the better option for your lift and your shop.
Liftech Garage Equipment stocks a complete inventory of parts for the equipment we sell. We employ a full staff of technicians who can assist you (over the phone or in our warehouses) in repairing your equipment with genuine parts. Certain Competitors do not stock the equipment they advertise and do not stock any of the parts or accessories.
Most internet wheel service companies are not concerned with after the sale service.
Liftech Garage Equipment knows that our products (no matter how well built) will eventually need parts. We believe that a complete parts inventory (and a well-trained service department) is as important as a well-stocked product warehouse.
Install the Functional Hardware
Mechanical locking mechanisms increase the safety and the life of cylinders, hoses, and fittings by transferring weight off the hydraulic system and onto pins that move a car's weight to the posts. A lever, pins, springs, and a thin cable running through the top plate connect both sides.
Auto-lift hydraulics have only one high-pressure line (no return line as on tractors). The pressure to the hydraulic cylinders lifts the car, and its weight provides the force to compress the cylinders and lower the car. Attach the hydraulic lines at the cylinder bases, then mount the pump and fluid reservoir. Connect the pump outlet to the hose and tighten all joints.
LASER CUT ARM LOCKING DEVICES FOR THE PERFECT AND
PRECISE LOCKING AND UNLOCKING OPERATION.
Automatic arm restraints are needed to keep the arm “locked” into a position relative to the carriage. When the arms are at rest in the lowest position, the arm restraint pin (which extends below the carriage) is pressed up and the lock (teeth) mechanism is disengaged.
The operator can then move the arms so that the lift pads can be properly positioned under the vehicle’s lift points. Once the carriage is raised (approximately 2 inches) the lock is re-engaged and the arms cannot be moved. However, the operator may pull the knob or metal ring to manually unlock the arms. Lock restraints do not guarantee that a vehicle cannot be “moved” off of the lift pads. The operator should use care when working on vehicles that have an abundant amount of undercoating (lift pads may “slide”) or a significant weight imbalance of the vehicle may occur due to the removal of an engine or transmission. Also, “HEAVY wrenching” may result in a vehicle shifting weight on the arm pads. We recommend the use of tall jack stands under the vehicle to add another layer of safety.
